As soon as your order ships from our warehouse, an email will be sent to you to confirm that it's on its way.
Starlei does not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product cannot be made as a result of the data provided by the customer being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the company of shipments.
Important information about taxes or duties
Please note that international shipments may incur additional charges (such as taxes and duties) once the shipment reaches your country . Customs of each country determines the amounts.
The client is responsible for paying any additional charges requested by the corresponding authorities.
If your shipment is to the United States, remember that the amount of duty-free imports must not exceed $800.
Contacting Customs can help you find out the amount of duty-free imports determined in your country and/or calculate how much you will have to pay in taxes for the item you are purchasing.
In the event that the customer refuses to receive his order due to additional charges determined by Customs, STARLEI reserves the right to charge the costs both shipping and return of the product, as well as any additional amount generated by Customs.
You can make changes and returns up to 15 days after the date of purchase, provided you meet the following conditions:
- That the product is in perfect condition (new, without signs of use and with the original packaging).
- That the product has not been tampered with.
In order to change the size, contact us through email@example.com or WhatsApp and we will explain how to carry out this process.
Starlei does not make collections, so the cost of sending your Starlei products back to our warehouse will be borne by the customer. The customer will be in charge and responsible to wrap the package correctly and deliver it to a transport agency so that it arrives at our warehouse.
Once we verify that the conditions are met, you can exchange the item for another that we have in stock. In the event that the exchange is for a different model of greater value, you must pay the difference.
*The customization service does not allow changes or returns as they are espadrilles made to order.
The changes do not apply to purchases outside the European Union.
You can return your Starlei products purchased at www.starlei.es, within 14 days of the purchase being made. All products must be returned intact, unused, with all their original labels and packaging. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to coordinate the return of your order. Our customer service department will tell you how to proceed.Once the return is received in our warehouse, we will proceed to pay you the amount of the returned product(s)
The cost of the return will be borne by the customer. The client will be in charge and responsible for correctly wrapping the package and delivering it to a transport agency so that it arrives at our warehouse.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A RETURN?
Once you have contacted us as to how you want to make a return, within the next 24 hours our customer service will contact you to give you instructions on how to proceed
Once the return has been received in our warehouse and we check that it complies with our return policy, we will pay you the amount via your payment method originally used. Returns will be paid excluding shipping cost.
Once we have processed the payment of your order, it may take 10 to 14 days for the money to be deposited on your card.
Have you received a defective product? In this case, send an email to email@example.com and our service department will change your product at no cost.
